One of the core services Colville Junction offers is a community centre.
​
The centre provides:
  • Support by community workers - including advocacy and referral services 
  • Liaising with other professionals on community members behalf
  • Information and advice.

The centre also offers:
  • Printer and computer services
  • A book and DVD library
  • An op shop
  • Caravan hire for private meetings, a quiet workspace, zoom meetings etc. ​​

Colville junction also provides training opportunities in the community, including:
  • An annual First Aid training course (which caters to people doing the course for the first time and renewal)
  • Art courses at the Colville Community Festival, and pop up creative pods.
We also regularly provide other training opportunities in areas such as project management, te reo and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

To support our strong and vibrant community, Colville junction ​also:
  • Hosts annual events, including Children’s Day, Show Me Shorts Film Festival and the Colville Community Festival
  • Providing and supporting community programmes, including Colville Youth Group and Mentoring.
  • Supports community-led projects, including Moehau ki te Moana, Colville Harbour Care Nursery  and Colville and Beyond.​
