The work shop will be looking at using audio loops and samples in compositions and in a live performance situation.

We will be looking at:

  • What are audio samples and loops?
  • How to use loop pedals.
  • Audio samples with a DJ controller using Serato software.
  • Working with the loop library in Apple’s Garageband and Logic software to compose tracks and use in a live performance situation.
